Current Job Opportunities

For 50 years, The Hope Institute for Children and Families has been providing care and education to children with multiple disabilities. The Hope Institute provides 24-hour care to over 110 children and youth with multiple disabilities. Caring for children with multiple disabilities is no easy task, but since 1957 Hope has not only cared for, but has been recognized as a leader in the State of Illinois for its work with these special children.

Why?

One reason, the staff of the Hope Institute. The Hope Institute staff is among the most talented and dedicated in the business of care and education for children with disabilities. Their hard work, enthusiasm and love for these children is second to none. The Hope Institute employees enjoy competitive pay, and health and retirement benefits. The main campus is located on 25 acres of beautiful land near Lake Springfield where visitors are just as likely to see a deer grazing as they are seeing children enjoying one of the many Hope playgrounds. People love coming to work at The Hope Institute.

Are you a dedicated worker who enjoys making a difference in the lives of children? If so, you may be right for the Hope team. As an employee of the Hope Institute, you would be a key component to helping children with disabilities learn, grow, and rediscover Hope.

While challenging, positions of the Hope Institute are filled with many rewards.
